Gah. These words were amazing. I devoured this book and it was beautiful. This book follows Mia and Logan and UGH. All the swoon with these guys. I related to Mia on SO many levels and Logan. Yessss.

I was completely drawn into these characters and their story. I read this entire book in one sitting and just couldn't stop. I want more! We not only got the romance and a kick ass story, but Jessica included so much true life in this book that it completely recommend it to anyone who loved contemporary or self help romance styles as well. is that a thing? A self help books that is also a romance? I don't know, it should be. Regardless of what you call it. this was a beautiful romance that I loved cover to cover. It has amazing research put into in in therms of anxiety and depression and it was just all the emotion and swoon.

Synopsis:

Call it pure desperation, or maybe we’d agree it was the lack of sleep that had me signing six weeks of my life away to be bossed around by a life coach. Either way, I was trying to get my life together, and Logan Woodland was going to help. I thought he’d make me eat healthier, drink more water, and do yoga. What I wasn’t expecting, was to be forced to see myself as I was and how far I’d fallen. But then his program worked. He’d shown me a life filled with passion and desire. A life where I was stronger and could be the woman I’d never known existed inside me. I did have a six-week life-changing experience, but now, I wanted more than I’d signed on for. Him.
