This book was fantastic! Each novel that Brandy presents us with leaves me even more in love with this world and its characters. A novel filled with underlying lessons that leave you filled with hope for its characters.
I absolutely adored Michael and Gwen's story. It was a story about accepting your true destiny in life. Even more so, it was a novel about finding yourself in the chaos that is life. Michael is ready to explode, he is leaking power and needs to come to terms with the fact that it is time to embrace his true self. His magic self.
Gwen is our snarky leading lady who now has the chance to right the wrongs she has seen happen before, and help Michael become who he is meant to be.
Throw in some dark magic and creatures that are better off dead and we were in for a wild ride. There are being from the pst that are trying to find their way back to finish what they started and it is up to our hero to make sure that doesn't happen, or to at least protect these they can in the fallout.
If you have read the other novels in this series, you don't want miss this ones. Lots of surprises about pst character and lots to come of situation for the future. A Must Read in the Other's World.
