Best I've Ever Had by Abbi Glines

I loved diving back into this world. I loved seeing characters that I hadn't seen in a while and most of all, I loved that I got to have another love story from Abbi Glines. When I am in a slump she is a Go-To author for me.

I loved Ophelia and Eli. I loved they backstory and the journey that they have to take in this book. It was a bit up and down and it was a heck of an emotional rollercoaster, but in the end it was a complete binge read for me. If you loved the feel of the other novels in this world, you will love this. It was full of swoon and a fantastic build for these two. I loved the back and forth a bit and I truly love that I always know I will get warm fuzzies and a few tears with Abbi and these characters.

Synopsis:

Summer had returned to the coastal town of Sea Breeze, Alabama. The nightlife lit up with scantily clad sun-kissed bodies, live music, the smell of freshly cooked seafood. Taking it all in he wondered if coming back had been the best thing. He wasn’t the same man who had driven out of town a year ago on the motorcycle he’d spontaneously bought after his best friend’s wedding. From the messy blond curls he’d let grow out to the tattoos now covering his arms, part of his chest and even the side of his neck, it all represented a part of his journey. Eli Hardy was back, but he didn’t plan on staying for long.
