I am never let down by a RVD novel. This one was no exception. Rachel let us dive into the minds of the boys from the beginning. I LOVED it. I LOVED getting that behind the scenes look into them. You really found out a lot of things you had no idea were going on. This novel was written in the Male's POV. It was fantastic! I was pleasantly surprised by the different characters POV's that we got. You will be too. I felt like this answered questions and left us far more in the "Know" about the series. Having read all the novels in this series. this one definitely leave you wanting more. With each novel I read I fell more in love. This addition to the series was perfect. It gave us more and left us prepped and ready for the next novel in the series. I wouldn't read this without reading the other novels in the series first though. They are definitely needed. This novel gives you that dark look into some of the reasons the guys became who they are. Be prepared though, it is a wild ride. They don't call them the Eagle Elite for nothing.
