Call Of Night by Emily Goodwin

It's finally here and I MISSED IT. I know. But I haven't been reading a ton. But I DEVOURED this read!! And now I am off to read the 4th book because it is here too!! This is the third installment in this series and might be my favorite so far. The entire world is out to kill Callie and we all know that makes for a good read. This book as non stop. Callie and Lucas literally could not catch a break in this read. We dive right back in where we left off and I forgot the end we left with. What a mess. This novel is extra steamy and doesn't let you stop once you start. These two have always been a rollercoaster but throw in the Coven mess and the demons and it just gets messier. We get all the fun from the rest of the characters I know that I have personally fallen in love with, and this book left me happy as a clam to dive into book 4.

Synopsis:

True love never dies. Not even when those around me are trying to kill it. With vampire bounty hunters still out for me, having the Grand Coven accuse me of treason against witches is the last thing I need. No one should tell me who I can and cannot love. Determined not to let anyone or anything get in our way, Lucas and I decide to lay low for a while and let everything blow over with my coven while Lucas hunts for the vampires who tried to kidnap me. But things, of course, don’t go according to plan, and when I stumble upon an ancient evil force hiding out in the underground of Chicago, we realize our forbidden romance is the least of our worries. As we search for a way to defeat unbeatable odds, I start to discover that things aren’t what they seem…including my very existence.
