Okay. I have to say it. This is my favorite Line book ever written. I KNOW GUYS. That is a hefty decision. But it is. She held nothing back in this book and skirted all the rules. I started this and absolutely forgot my plans for the day because I had to finish it.
We are back with our Gossip Girl-esque friends and its time for the games to begin. I always love a little turmoil in my romances and when I get it and it fits a story as perfect as this one? It is the cherry on top guys.
We are back in New York and my god things are about to get messy. I swear I didn't know what I was rooting for in this book from chapter to chapter. Linde played literary roulette with my emotions and I am still not okay.
Cruel Fortune book the things we loved about book one and put them into overdrive. We get so much more from all of the characters we fell in love with in book one and we gets twists that I honestly didn't see coming. The twists were not predicted but all perfectly placed.
This novel throws you back and forth and by the end of it you have whiplash that is honestly the sweetest burn. Does whiplash burn? I don't know, but whatever this feeling is I hope we get a ton more of it. I devoured these words. The characters and the banter was everything and some of these scenes were downright YUM.
Ugh. Can I have book three please?
