Denial by Lisa Renee Jones

Denial IN

review I haven't read a LRJ book since the Inside Out series (Which will soon be on TV!). This new series is a standalone-spin off that knocked me out of a funk and threw me back head first into my love for romantic suspense novels. Lisa Renee Jones weaves this world around you and keeps you on the edge of your seat form the very start. Ella wakes alone and with no memory of who she is. denial Yep, that is how we jump into the book. From the very first page I was intrigued and couldn't put it down. Once things started to reveal themselves and really come together I couldn't look away. Lisa Renee has a way of leaving little bread crumbs that lead you to THINK you know what is going on, but in reality you have no idea. The secrets that characters are keeping are kept tight and close and once that snowball starts to roll you can't look away. Pure on-your-toes reading with scenes that make you fan yourself. You can't look away, and ever better, you don't want to. Kayden is pure, delicious, danger. He runs the underground. FROM HIS CASTLE. He vows to Protect Ella while she fights to remember her life, while all the while has secrets of his own that are better forgotten. Watching these two fall in love was full of passion and danger. The kind of read that makes your heart race. I never knew what was coming next. Onto DEMAND! Can't wait to read more! synopsis Book one in the CARELESS WHISPERS series. This is a standalone spin-off of the INSIDE OUT series (soon to be a TV show) that follows Ella Ferguson, Sara McMillan's best friend. Ella Ferguson awakes alone in Italy, unsure of who she is, and a gorgeous man has claimed her as his own. He’s tall, dark, and sexy, with money and power, the kind of man who makes a girl want to be possessed. And he does possess her, whispering wicked wonderful promises to her, stealing her trust and her heart. Soon though, the past finds her, yanking her from a cocoon of passion and safety. Everything is not how it seems. The truth will shatter her world, but it can set her free, if it doesn't destroy her first. follow
