Door Of Bruises by Sierra Simone

This ending was everything. I wasn't sure how Sierra was going to do it. I'll be completely honest with you. With how things are going for our Thornchapel crew I was nervous.

It was everything.

If you have come this far with this series then you will be reading this. There is no way you won't. This book is explosive and raw and sexual and just so many words that I don't even have enough to describe it.

Sierra takes you into Thornchapel and leaves you to find your way. But the real kicker? You don't want to leave anymore than anyone else does.

I am obsessed with this series.

We are all, for better or worse, doomed to love each other until death do us part. My heart belongs to Proserpina and St. Sebastianโ€”even if he no longer wants it. Even if she has left it behind to follow him.
Delphineโ€™s fled back home, and Becketโ€™s holy calling is in peril.
And now only Rebecca and I remain at Thornchapel to face the unknown.
The door is open. The door that shouldnโ€™t exist; the door that people have died to close. I donโ€™t feel like the lord of the manor...I donโ€™t feel like a king or a wild god. I am a friend and a boyfriend and a brotherโ€”and a failure at being all of these things. But the door doesnโ€™t care about my guilt. It only cares about the sacrifice Iโ€™ll make to close it.
As the bruising dark of Samhain approaches, so does the fate of our circle, of Thornchapel and the village and the valley beyond it. And I must don the crown, because one thing is still true, even if I must face it alone.
