F*ck Love by Tarryn Fisher

5 Stars|Amazon|Goodreads

I like to take each of Tarryn's novels with a grain of salt. I never quite know if it is going to break my heart or if I am going to absolutely fall in love. This book gives you a bit of both and I adored it. You can't put this book down once you open it. So prepare yourself. With the end of each chapter you HAVE to know what is going to happen next. Right from that first chapter I had a very big question mark hanging over my head after I started it and until I got some answers I wouldn't give up. Helena and Kit's story is one of love and hurt all together. You don't know what the end game is until the very end. Tarryn has a talent for crafting such true characters and situations that it doesn't feel like a novel, it feel like you are living Helena's life. You are making these choices with her and feeling her emotions as they occur. This is a true F*ck Love story. It hates love as much as it wants these characters to find it. Half th story you are rooting for a HEA and the rest of the time you don't know what you want. This book is brilliant. It is a love story in true TF fashion.

Synopsis:

Helena Conway has fallen in love. Unwillingly. Unwittingly. But not unprovoked. Kit Isley is everything she’s not—unstructured, untethered, and not even a little bit careful. It could all be so beautiful … if he wasn’t dating her best friend. Helena must defy her heart, do the right thing, and think of others. Until she doesn’t.
