I finally got the change to read the final installment of this serial series and I was not disappointed. Even after it having been a few months, this story and its characters were fresh in my mind. Cory has come clean and now it is time to face the after effects of these actions and her earlier endeavors. Page after page I was sucked back in with this engaging and riveting story. I wasn't sure where this story was going to go to be honest. I knew what I wanted, but I didn't see that as a possibility with only this small installment to wrap things up. However, I think that Staci did a great job wrapping everything up. We were given our conclusion with Cory and Van, as well as some big changes in her life overall. Each chapter brought more to the table and this serial flowed like a novel. I find that sometimes serial are like mini-episodes of a show, but that isn't true with this series. Each volume is a book all its own that stands well on its own. Well written and easy to follow, you are sucked into this book. I would grab it up now. Add in the Hotter-then-hot scenes between Van and Cory and I am SOLD.
