Meg's Review:
OMG. I didn't think Katy could outdo herself from Real, but I hoped. She did. In spades. Twice Over. This book had me gripping my iPad like my life depended on it at some points and holding my breath at others. It was a constant swirl of emotions. Brooke and Remy finally reached that point where you take a deep breath and scream THANK YOU! I was So glad that even with the ending we still got them HEA. Mostly. There are still some issues with the Brooke leaving thing. Remy has his issues, granted, Brooke has her fair share. Life is going good. Great even. Until its not. Life throws a round switch at them and they are forced apart temporarily. Temporarily may not sounds bad when you think about it in general big picture terms, but with Remy and Brooke and the situation temporarily may as well be dire. They live and breathe each other. Not in the sappy sort of way. In the THIS LOVE IS ONE FOR THE BOOKS type of way.Remy seals it. He did in Real and he does in Mine. The whole book is drawn together by him. I don't think I could love it as much if it weren't for Remy. He is your rock in this read. Brooke is an emotional and insecure mess with the separation and even if its understandable it is still, yeah. She drove me a little crazy but it was expected. You can only be so in love with a character and we can't expect her to be perfect she is human indeed. Even with her craziness I loved her. This book throws your around like Remy in a ring. It keeps you holding your breathe till that final call is made and the match is over. Pure Love. Buy it. Now.“I'm the realest fucking thing you're ever going to have.”
