My Review:
So we are NOT left hanging when this book starts off. We pick right up and are off to a running start with book two.
Emily wants True Love. She wants Gavin and she is going to fight for it. We follow Emily and Gavin in the torrid fight ahead of them to have their love and to have the chance to keep it. Life just keeps throwing bumps in their way. It's a twister to travel with them and is laced with all the great makings for an epic story. Lies, love, betrayal, jealousy. This story has it all.
Dillon. Well did you think he would go down without a fight. No sir he did not. He keeps you seething through the entire book. I just wanted to clock him. Multiple times. Or well, to have Gavin do it for me. But alas, there is light at the end of the tunnel so hang in till the end. You will be happily surprised.
You really get to know more of the characters in this book. You get to see the secrets that have lurked in the corners from the past book and even more you didn't see coming.
I really loved this second book and felt it tied the two books up perfectly. I love this series and can't wait to read more for Gail McHugh in the future. Enjoy Novel Readers.
