I really enjoyed this book. It was a lighthearted read that had me in fits of laughter at least once a chapter. The characters just crawl into your heart and you can't wait to see what heck they raise next. This Novel follows Jake and Emily. Emily is rushes into Witness Protection after she watches some Mobsters kill someone. Jake happens to the FBI agent that she "gets stuck with". From the moment these two meet is a cluster of wrong place wrong time with accident after accident follow them. All Jake wants to do is keep Emily safe, while all she wants to do is drive him up a wall. Well, not really. But kinda of. Jake has his own troubles going on, but when you throw High Spirited Emily ingot he mix it's a chemistry mishap. Despite the sexual attraction they both seem to be battling, these two character drive each other mad. I really annoyed the fact that both main characters had their flaw and their secrets. When everything ends up coming into the light, you get a real chance to see them, but until then just sit back and enjoy the ride. The story follows her into hiding in a small town and lets you dive into this other world of characters. I LOVED the secondaries in this novel and I hope the fact that this is a series means I will get a ooh for each of them. They were well-developed and you were given JUST enough to fall in love with them. The plot for this story was original and had its own twists that I didn't see coming. It was a quick read and I highly recommend it for anyone who loves a good romance with a little action mixed in.
