SO. This Short story was written by a friend of mine and is friggen amazing. Really. I read A LOT and this is good. I cannot wait to read her next piece of work! Enter Juliet Wright. She is starting a new job at Sterling Enterprises and boy is she nervous as all heck. Add close spaces, nerves, and hot guys in elevators and what do you get? Thats right, Heat. Now it shouldn't come as a shocker that Juliet is totally going to appear as a mess in front of this man, but wouldn't the fates just grant her something and not make it her new boss? Nope. They sure wont. The story may be short, but it is a great story none the less. It flashes POV from Juliet to Daniel her Boss, and gives insight into what he is feeling during their encounters working together. Very Anything He Wants by Sara Fawkes type of short story. Delicious. "He wanted to up the game, well, so would she" That line sealed it. I wanted to know what was up here sleeve and how she could possibly make him squirm anymore than he already was. Juliet may seem timid and self doubting at some points, but she can play the game just as well as he can. Cue the Club. Daniel may be a Dom but Juliet has her own sway with him. Its a great read and I cannot wait to get more from these characters. I also decided its not fair to end a short story with "Round two starts after work" You better get Writing Natasha :)
