There are high fantasy that grip you and then there are high fantasy novels that COMPLETE YOU. This is one of those. If you are shipping this right along with me, you know that this book was building certain things and my goodness the wait is WORTH IT!
Ugh. Then I got to the end and realized it was going to be FOREVER before the third book got here and now it is almost here and it is going to be EPIC. We all know Kova can really throw an ending party and I can't wait to read it.
This book really dives deeper into the class and races of this world and really down to the nitty gritty. I lost myself in it and couldn't out it down. The prefect book to get lost in for an entire afternoon. Plus, did I mention we get swoon worthy scenes? BECAUSE WE DO!
