I binge read this series and it was an absolute ride. A dystopian novel that grabbed my romance loving mind and wouldn't let it go until I devoured it.
I was up in arms during this novel. I wanted to wring each characters neck at one point or another. I felt like we really got to know each and every character on a deeper level in this book. With a lot of the girls being sent home, you start to really get deep into the story and the love relationships that are developing.
This book is not the easy ride the The Selection was. We start to get down to the issues with the royals and the blind eyes that they are turning. I adored getting to really know Maxon and watch him do his best to be the man everyone wants him to be and still stay true to himself.
The minute I was done with this book I ran to start book 3. It was that great. Don't miss it.
The Selection began with thirty-five girls.
Now with the group narrowed down to the six Elite, the competition to win Prince Maxon's heart is fiercer than ever—and America is still struggling to decide where her heart truly lies. Is it with Maxon, who could make her life a fairy tale? Or with her first love, Aspen?
America is desperate for more time. But the rest of the Elite know exactly what they want—and America's chance to choose is about to slip away.
