The Faerie Prince by Rachel Morgan

5 Stars |Goodreads|Amazon|

Like the first book in this series I was instantly transported into the world of Creepy Hollow and it took only a page. This series really does a fantastic job of helping you forget the world around you while you get lost in its pages. After the way that first novel ended you KNOW from the get go that this novel is going to be no different in the realm of BLOWING YOUR MIND. It does exactly that. I loved thatch time I thought I had it figured out, I totally didn't. Vi is trying to push Nate into the back of her mind. Make him her lowest of low priorities and just get on with life. Well, that was going great until she was partnered with Ryn. Now, I don't know about YOU, but I was DYING for this to happen. I like Nate and all, but Ryn just has SO MUCH potential of being a great pairing for VI that I want them to get that chance. Here.We.Go. This novel is jam packed with chaos. From the Unseelie prince wreaking havoc, to old ghosting coming back to haunt Vi, you are non stop. Throw in a nice dose of kidnapping and a few close calls for our fearless dup and I couldn't put this thing down. I felt like Rachel really took the time in this novel to develop the characters and really stared to dive into the overall plot of the book. We are starting to get a bigger picture and I can't WAIT to see where she is going to take it. So many possibilities are started and you are on your toes. I Loved all of the side plot line in this story, it gave the book a lot more depth and really helped keep your attention in the down times. Overall a fantastic read and a great start to the year!

Packed with spine-tingling intrigue and swoonworthy romance, the plot thickens in this YA fantasy from Amazon bestselling author, Rachel Morgan... Guardian trainee Violet Fairdale is just weeks away from one of the most important occasions of her life: graduation. After messing up big time by bringing a human into the fae realm, Vi needs to step up her game and forget about Nate if she hopes to graduate as the top guardian of her year. Everything would be fine if she wasn’t forced to partner with Ryn, her ex-friend, ex-enemy, current ‘sort of friend’. They might be trying to patch up their relationship, but does she really want to spend a week undercover with him for their final assignment? On top of that, the possibly insane Unseelie Prince is still on the loose, free to ‘collect’ as many specially talented faeries as he can find—and Vi is still at the top of his list. Add in faerie queens, enchanted storms, complicated not-just-friends feelings, and a murder within the Guild itself, and graduation is about to become the least of Vi’s problems.
