Sometimes I have a year where there are a few standout novels that I know will make this list hands down. This year though, 2016, I swear almost ever single book I read was a jaw dropper. Over 150 books total and I had the
worst trouble picking a mere few to list. This is my top 22. All my 6 star and a few of my top 5 star reads.
But checkout everything.

I may not be as big a blogger as others out there, but I have a passion for reading and these books moved me. Maybe a few will move you too.

Lets start with my TOP TOP read. It was hands down A Court of Mist and Fury.(
Which is ON SALE!) This book was beautiful and wonderful and everything I wanted and more in the series. It brought me to tears and also gave me hope. It was about healing and seeing your own truths in the world. About doing whatever you need to save those who mattered to you, no matter the cost. This series is about love and survival.

Second to this I would have to go with Sarah's other series and it's newest release, Empire of Storms (
On Sale currently!). Fantasy reads are my THING. I love the fact that I can not only get lost in them, but I fall in love with the characters page after page. If you haven't read the rest of this series, do it. If you have, then you should know what you are in store for and be aware that the ending of this GUTS you. It completely shatters your heart and breaks you. I can't wait to see what is in store for us next.

The rest of these are in order of when I read them. From Jan 2016- Dec 2016. It was the easiest way to list them and not show any other bias towards my favorites. Though there are some in there, how can there not be. If I tried to put them in an actual order than I would have driven myself a bit more off my rocker. That wouldn't have been good for any of us.
If you don't see your top read on the list, comment! I want to know what it was! I want ALL THE BOOKS! I want to share the book love. If it was? Tell me that too! I love gushing over shared book joy.
