Wow. So this book totally took me for a ride. I still am not sure my opinion of it but it was a great book. Undeniable so. <3 Be warned its a short review as I am still reeling from this book :) But I had to post something as it was great <3
This book had be so tied up and conflicted. I couldn't decide wether to love it or not. It had me hooked, ever hot scene, ever heart wrenching goodbye. All of it. It was just. I don't have words. This book gets under your skin. You really have no choice. I had my doubts, but even with that I couldn't bear to not see it through to the end and I am SO glad I did.
This story defines Grey Area as another great reviews said. Its about the basic primal love two people feel about one another. No rules. No doubts. No societal judgments. Its raw and real and just yeah. Its about two people who love each other with all they have. Each time life threw them in each others paths they collided. Literally sometimes. In the end it was a battle to get to their perfect ending.
Some parts of this story I just couldn't wrap my mind around. Still can't. But it doesn't change that this book was great. It was epic. The action never stopped coming, but it also didn't lack in witty characters and a fantastic storyline. The Characters were intriguing and complex and you got to see the whole of them in the book. The good, the bad, and the scary. This story bared the skeletons in the closets and had you holding your breath.
The Chemistry between Deuce and Eva is palpable. You feel it in every interaction, every thought that is shared about them, its everywhere. Even when they aren't thinking about each other, you know they are. A twisted and entertaining book. I look forward to the next. :)
