Another one bites the dust. Any by that I mean another epic novel that COMPLETELY ROCKED ME. Now I won't be able to think straight until I get more from this author and these characters.

This novel completely was everything that I wanted it to be. We dive in with a grown Vi! I KNOW. GROWN UP.
Vi is finally going to get what she has waiting her whole life for. Her family. Then the world happens and all the chaos that was sitting on the fridge becomes reality. A book filled with more epic world building than I thought could be done in a continuation series, and crafting of characters that is not only seamless, but leaves you feeling as if you have know them your whole life.
Also, don't worry this book has that scene. You know the one. The one that makes you heart skip a beat and you hold you breathe while you read? IT WAS PERFECT.
With old friends in the mix and new faces that we fall for instantly and invite into our AA family, you won't be able to put this book down. This book has all the things we love about starting a new series, with all the inside jokes from the AA world that we didn't want to lose.
I love getting to know Vi, she has parts of her that scream Vhalla and parts that are peeks of her dad. Then there is the fact that she was raised by another court in a world that judges so harshly. She is the princess that is coming home, but also still just a girl that can't wait to meet her brother.
This book is FULL OF SPOILERS. I don't want to reveal any of them. If you haven't read the Air Awakens series I guess you can read this, but I wouldn't advise it. Start from the beginning. Get lost in this world as much as the rest of us crazy fans have. Then come join us, we are a fun bunch.
