Why do I never prepare myself. I swear every-time that I will and I absolutely just didn't prepare myself for this read and it gutted me.
This is one of those reads that has you hunting for the truth through the entire novel and by the time you get it you are completely shook to the core.
This is very hard tor review because I still haven't processed the book. I LOVED every single word, even the terrible ones, but I still haven't processed it. This was one fo those books hat you just can't comprehend the words as you are reading them. You go through the paces but you are so emotionally gutted that you can't bear to completely process what's happening.
But this story. The title is absolute perfection. It completely suits it. The author crafted a twisted and dark thriller that also completely healed me but he time we got to the end.
This novel had so many twists and turns that I swear I couldn't have guessed the ending if you have bet me hundreds of dollars. I had my guesses, as I always do, and I was completely wrong.
Brilliant. Heartbreaking, and beautiful.
Synopsis:
