Whiskey and Honey by Andrea Johnston

I got this novel in a book box to celebrate the release of Kelly Elliot's Wanted Kindle World. I just got the time to jump into it and it was a fun and wild ride.

Do you love best-friends-brother reads? Because I DO AND THIS ONE IS GREAT. Really, anything that is slightly taboo I really adore. And I know it isn't really taboo, but it is that forbidden sort of thing that I just love. This is a small town romance that you really just can't help but like. The writing reminds me of Harper Sloan and her newest cowboy reads. This book has one of those chance moments that changes everything. A relationship in a town so small that everyone knows your business. All the feels and all the non-angsty moments building up to it. Sometimes I want that crazy feeling that angst brings, and sometimes I just want to swoon. This is that kind of read. I can't wait to read more in this world and from this author. Andrea Johnston, you now have a new fangirl.
