Preorders are non-refundable. 

Please double-check you have added the correct pickup/shipping option to your order before checking out. Once submitted, this cannot be changed. 

If you choose Sinners & Stardust event pickup, you must have an attendee ticket for the event in Boston on August 14th & 15th, 2026. 

Event orders that are not picked up will be donated to the store. They will not be shipped.
