Physical tickets are not shipped/provided; your name and order number will be checked at the door for admission.
Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. In instances where refunds are offered, it will be stated on the specific event listing, and refunds will only be available up to 30 days before the event by emailing books@novelgrounds.com
We will hold books for 30 days for in-store pickup for any ticket holder who does not attend the event. Books will not be shipped; any books not picked up after 30 days will be donated to the bookstore. Incentives and/or event-related items will not be provided after the event
