Digital ticket are emailed after purchase; your name and order number will be are on the ticket as well as a QR code for event entry.

Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. In instances where refunds are offered, it will be stated on the specific event listing, and refunds will only be available up to 30 days before the event by emailing books@novelgrounds.com

We will hold books for 30 days for in-store pickup for any ticket holder who does not attend the event. Books will not be shipped; any books not picked up after 30 days will be donated to the bookstore. Incentives and/or event-related items will not be provided after the event

SIGNING LIMIT: 5 books from home- This limit does not include books purchased at the event OR anything pre-ordered. Books will not be personalized unless other wise announced due to time constraints.

VENDORS and ARTISTS: We will have some fun vendors and artists at the event as well as a full store setup to enjoy while you wait for your turn at the signing tables!

SNACKS & VALET:  A separate email will go out to a attendees with the pre-order, Valet reservations, and snack tray pre-orders closer to the event.
