Shipping & Returns

All Books, Prints, Stickers, and Novel Notes® ship from our storefront in Chesapeake, Virginia. All clothing products will ship from the closest fulfillment center to your shipping address. For our clothing, we use a variety of print providers to ensure we carry items that are both of the highest quality and are also fairly priced.

As a result of this, if your order contains a variety of items, they may ship from different locations. You will receive tracking for each package as it ships. 

Knit Cardigans and Sweaters ship separately from all other items and have a minimum of 3 weeks production time before shipping. 

The customer is responsible for all customs, import, and/or tariff charges upon delivery. Currently, we can only charge VAT for the UK & EU.

RETURNS

Books, Stickers, Prints, and Novel Notes® are final sale. Pre-orders are non-refundable.

Knit Cardigans and Sweaters are final sale. Please double-check sizing before checking out - no changes can be made once an order is submitted.

All return requests for clothing must be made within 7 days of delivery. Please email us at help@novelgrounds.com to begin a return. Items must be returned (at your cost) in their original and unworn condition. Once inspected, we can dispatch your exchange or refund as requested.
