Shipping & Returns

All Books, Prints, Stickers, and Novel Notes ® ship from our storefront in Chesapeake, Virginia. All clothing products will ship from the closest fulfillment center to your shipping address. For our clothing, use a variety of print providers to ensure we get the carry items that are both the highest quality, and are also fairly priced.

As a result of this if your order contains a variety of items, they may ship from different locations. You will receive tracking for each package as they ship. 

RETURNS

Books, Stickers, Prints, and Novel Notes are final sale.

All return requests for clothing must be made within 7 days of delivery, please email us at info@novelgrounds.com to begin a return. Items are to be returned (at your cost) in their original and unworn condition. Once inspected, we can dispatch your exchange or refund as requested.
