Digital ticket are emailed after purchase; your name and order number will be are on the ticket as well as a QR code for event entry.

Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. In instances where refunds are offered, it will be stated on the specific event listing, and refunds will only be available up to 30 days before the event by emailing books@novelgrounds.com

We will hold books for 30 days for in-store pickup for any ticket holder who does not attend the event. Books will not be shipped; any books not picked up after 30 days will be donated to the bookstore. Incentives and/or event-related items will not be provided after the event

VALET AND FOOD BOX PRE-ORDER

We will have water available for free at the event, as well as a vendor market. If you would like so pre-order a ticket for Valet Parking or a charcuterie snack box, you can do so here! The venue will have drinks for purchase as well at the time of event. Boxes MUST be pre-ordered.

Estimated event time is 4:45pm Doors open, 6pm Event start 10pm event end. We have extended the time estimate due to adding an additional author.

No outside food or snack is allowed.

We will have limited additional charcuterie boxes on site, we recommend pre-ordering.
